The Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE) detector for masks is composed of an aerosol generation system, aerosol chamber and aerosol transmission device, negative pressure operating system, 28.3L/min sampler, etc. The entire detector is uniformly controlled by a control program. The aerosol generation system includes: peristaltic pump, aerosol generator, compressed air and purification device. The aerosol chamber and aerosol transmission device include: aerosol chamber, high-efficiency air filter, suction negative pressure fan, etc. The console adopts a PLC control system to coordinate and control the work and monitoring of the aerosol generation system, transmission system, negative pressure operating system, and sampling system, and displays the working status in real time, and the entire measurement work is completed automatically. The bacterial filtration efficiency tester adopts the advanced design ideas and manufacturing technology in the same industry in the world. The main performance indicators of this set of instruments meet the standard YY/T 0969 disposable medical masks and YY 0469 medical surgical standards and refer to the relevant standards of ASTM F2100 and EN14683. On this basis, improvements have been made, and a two-channel sampling system is designed, sampling at the same time. Its excellent performance is especially suitable for the performance test of bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) by metrological inspection departments, scientific research institutes, medical mask manufacturers and other related departments.
